At Excalibur Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage to sports equipment during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
